Bio
The Revolution band is made of local rock musicians, students, music producers, publishers, song writers, and baristas all with one thing in common: The power to do extraordinary things. Their playlist makes babies dance, preachers cry, and people pay attention. Check out the newest album, Hymnmorphosis on iTunes or purchase it here. Make The Revolution band part of your worship or routine by purchasing The Hymnmorphosis Contemporized Songbook. And after your late Saturday night, check us out every Sunday at 11:00 a.m. at Revolution in Westport (myspace.com/kcrevolution) located at 40th and Washington in Kansas City. Coffee will be served and so will your spirit. The Hymnmorphosis Contemporized Hymn Songbook is a set of 15 standard Christian hymns, arranged in contrasting contemporary musical styles, from Rock to Carribean, from Latin to Country, and anything you can think of inbetween. Hymnmorphosis was produced by musicians at Kansas City, Missouri’s Revolution Methodist Church. This project has come to fruition through the hard work of ordinary people empowered by God’s infinite love.
